A five-part meditation journey into the subtle dimensions of breath and awareness
This course guides awareness gradually, from simple mindfulness of the body and breath towards an increasingly subtle experience of prana, the central channel, and inner stillness.
The practices unfold in a traditional, experiential way – through direct attention rather than explanation – allowing sensitivity and steadiness to develop naturally over time.
Rather than striving for particular states, the emphasis is on listening, simplicity, and allowing silence to reveal itself.

What This Course Offers
- Five guided meditations recorded as a continuous, progressive journey
- A gradual movement from breath awareness into subtle pranic perception
- Introduction to the central channel (sushumna nadi) and the natural mantra So Ham
- Practices rooted in classical meditative approaches and subtle body awareness
- Space for repetition, integration, and deepening over time
Who This Course Is For
This course is suitable for meditators who already have some familiarity with mindfulness of the breath or body. It may be especially supportive for yoga practitioners and those interested in subtle breath awareness, pranic perception, and inner stillness.
The meditations are designed to be practiced in sequence, allowing understanding to arise through direct experience rather than effort, rooted in traditional yogic meditation and subtle body practice.
How to Practice
The five meditations build gradually upon one another. It is recommended to move through them in order, allowing time between sessions for integration, preferrably spending at least one week one each meditation.
You are welcome to repeat any meditation as often as needed before moving on.
Gentle Guidance
These practices involve subtle breath awareness, visualisation, and attention along the central axis of the body. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, acute anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm, it may be helpful to approach the practices gently or seek guidance from a qualified teacher or healthcare professional.
Always honour your own capacity and pause or return to grounding awareness whenever needed.
