As the year draws inward, this five-week course offers a quiet, transformative space to return to yourself.

Rooted in traditional Vedic practice, each session weaves together gentle chanting, progressive breathwork, and guided meditation, forming a clear, steady path toward inner stability and expansion.
These practices are ancient, effective, and deeply supportive for anyone seeking balance, clarity, and grounded spiritual growth.


A Practice of Preparation

In this tradition, meditation is not something we do — it is something that naturally arises when the body, breath, and mind are prepared.
The focus of this course is therefore on building the right foundation:

Through consistent practice, meditation becomes effortless — a gentle unfolding rather than an action.


What You’ll Experience

Each 90-minute session includes:

• Vedic Chanting

Using super-charged Sanskrit sound and vibration to focus adn relax the mind, regulate rhythm, and open the heart and throat chakras.

• Pranayama

Progressive breathwork to awaken, establish stability, spaciousness, and inner clarity.
Each week builds on the last, giving you tools to sustain a personal practice.

• Guided Meditation

A steady, supported sitting to help you become comfortable with posture and stillness.
Over time, meditation becomes more natural, grounded, and easeful.

Week 1 — Stability in Body & Breath
Foundations of breath adn awareness. Gentle chanting. Grounding pranayama.

Week 2 — Awakening the Subtle Breath
Refined pranayama, rhythm through chant, cultivating inner space.

Week 3 — The Vibrational Path
Voice as a bridge to presence. Breath sequences deepen.

Week 4 — Inner Expansion
More sustained pranayama. Quietening of the senses. Spacious meditation.

Week 5 — Integration & Personal Sādhana
A full guided practice & creation of your personal morning routine.
