~ WHAT IS MEDITATION? ~
Meditation is magical. There are many definitions of meditation in the world today, but the classical meaning, which I follow, is from the Yogic tradition.
“तत्र प्रत्ययैकतानता ध्यानम् / Tatra pratyaya ekatanata dhyanam / Uninterrupted stream of one point of focus is called absorption in meditation”
— Sage Patanjali, Sutra 3.2, The Yoga Sutras
There are myriad reasons to meditate. These range from everyday benefits such as helping to calm a scattered mind, improving concentration, reducing mental fatigue, improving posture, increasing ability to deal with challenging situations, all the way through to the loftier purpose of connecting with your true Self, your true nature of Sat Chit Ananda – existence, knowledge, bliss absolute.
~ ON THE PATH ~
Over the course of years dabbling at the edges of meditation, I dived headlong into it in search of my truer Self after a life-changing experience in the Himalayas, learning from my teacher, Dr. Keshava-ji 🙏

Suffice to say his teaching, care and embodiment of the practice led to an altogether transcendental internal shift. My own practice has become far less shakeable, an element which is now mirrored in my own Self. Various retreats spent at Plum Village, France, alongside joining a supportive Sangha in the Zen Buddhist tradition, have also led to further grounding in meditation practice, allowing it to become a core part of my daily life. Ten-day silent Vipassana meditation retreats have also played a deepening role in my own practice.
~ Meditation & Pranayama GUIDANCE ~
Drawing from my own experience, I recognise that everyone comes to meditation in their own time, at a moment when the universe is steering them towards it.
If you feel this might be your moment to dive deeply then I offer guided meditations ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour by appointment. To compliment and enable greater preparation of the body and breath for meditation, I guide chanting and Pranayama/breathwork exercises as a part of the meditation, which can be taught just a few times before you take them away to practice on your own.
Or, if breathwork is your primary goal I can guide the pranayama only, please specify your area of interest when enquiring.

I guide a variety of meditations, ranging from mindfulness to metta, from mantra meditations to chakra balancing and expansion. The range is progressive, therefore some are more suitable for newcomers and some for advanced practitioners.

For Pranayama, I build up from basic breathwork practices to more advanced exercises, with the goal of empowering the practitioner to do them alone after a few sessions.
Although breathwork exercises are the tools for Pranayama, they are not the goal. Pranayama is the expansion of the life force energy in and around our being.
Participants will receive a complimentary Pranayama handbook to help with self-practice.
Another option I provide for deepening medtiation and personal evolution is Yoga Nidra, commonly known as yogic sleep. This is a fantastic meditation technique when used over the long term, especially well suited to those who suffer from mental health difficulties, as well as those who struggle to relax. It is also fantastic in combination with Reiki.
Please feel free to contact me on Whatsapp here: +33 7 50 29 48 39 to arrange some guided meditation sessions. These can be online or in person. I would recommend a series of five sessions to begin with, which will allow time to work on and become comfortable with your asana/posture and ensure a level of commitment to the practice. Ultimately, the goal is to enable you to practice alone with a secure knowlegde of the practices.
Energy exchange: €25 for 30 minutes / €45 for 1 hour / €60 for 1 hour 30 minutes
Package of 5 x 1 hour Meditation classes = €200
Package of 10 x 1 hour Meditation classes = €380
Choosing the path of meditation enables the practitioner to let go of what no longer serves them and take real steps towards a more peaceful life. It leads to deep healing on the physical, mental and spiritual planes ॐ𑁍
